All products purchased from our online store anthoulas-shoes.gr can be returned for replacement/exchange by completing the Return-Exchange Request at the link below.
Return-Exchange Request
Once your request has been reviewed, you will be notified by phone or email notification of return approval and shipping method and address instructions.
Product Changes
You can return the product you purchased within 14 calendar days and request to be replaced with another size or another product. For this to happen, you must complete a Return Request within 7 days from the date of receipt or contact us by phone at 2241051059 for the product change-replacement process.

Products intended for return should:
Be in the original delivery condition, including packaging.
They must not have been used.
To be mailed for return by the recipient of the product no later than ten (10) calendar days.
Have prior telephone or written communication about your intention.
To be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or invoice.
For Greece:
The first change is free.
In case of a second change, the charge amounts to €7.00 per product. All product returns made with ACS courier.
For Cyprus:
In case of product change, the cost is borne by the customer and amounts to €15.
For abroad:
In case of product change, the cost is borne by the customer and amounts to €25.
Order cancellation
Your order can be canceled at any time if it has not been shipped. Cancellation is done by phone or email. The amount is returned in full and without any charge to the customer.
The refund is made either through a bank or through a credit card. If you are not in time and your order is shipped, then the product return case applies.
You have paid with your credit card and wish to cancel your transaction and if you have not shipped the products, please inform us immediately within 24 hours of the purchase order, by e-mail or by phone, so that we can refund you immediately charge made to your credit card.
Money return
If for any other reason you wish to return the product you purchased and you are not interested in replacing it with another one, you must register a Return Request within 14 days from the date of receipt. Once the return is made and it is determined that the product has not been used, a refund will be made.
We expressly state that, for reasons of avoiding abuses and facilitating the procedures, the refund is only possible when the purchase of the product has been made with a credit card. The customer will bear the cost of the product.
Refunds are only possible for purchases made online and do not apply to purchases from our store.
Wrong shipment
In the event that the product you received does not match the product you ordered, you must register a Return-Exchange Request within 5 days of receipt and ship the product within 3 days of approval of the Request.
In this case there is no charge to the customer for the replacement.
